You’ll find that 99% of all laptops have a VGA connector (Video Graphics Array) this is just the technical term for the connector on your laptop where yoiu can plug an external monitor/projector or in some instances even your TV. The connector looks like the one shown in the diagram below. It usually is blue in colour but may be black depending on the model of laptop you have.
